The Council of Government, meeting on 14 April2022, under the chairmanship of the head of government, Aziz Akhannouch, approved the appointment of Mr. Ali Seddiki as a Director General of Investment and Business Climate at The Ministry Delegate to the Head of Government in charge of Investment, Convergence and Evaluation of Public Policies.
Ali Seddiki is Managing Director of Industry, his scope covers the development and management of sectoral strategies for industry: automotive, aeronautics, textiles, agri-food, rail, naval, chemicals, steel, electricity, electronics, recycling and treatment.
He was Director in charge of the aeronautics, rail, naval and renewable energy industries within the General Directorate for Industry. Ali Seddiki joined the office of the Minister of Industry in 2014. He participated as an advisor in the development of the Industrial Acceleration Plan 2014-2020 and its implementation in the aeronautics sector.
He started his career in a general management consulting firm specializing in industry and high technology, based in Paris. His areas of intervention were the development of strategic plans and country strategies on behalf of major European industrial groups in the aerospace-defense, energy/Oil & Gas and renewable energy, and mobility sectors. He is a graduate of HEC Paris Grande Ecole, Major Entrepreneurs.
