L’ Ecole Nationale De Commerce Et De Gestion De Settat is organizing the 22nd edition of the Forum Entreprises Lauréats on March 21, 2023, on school premises.
It’s a large-scale project held by the ENCG student committee, which consists in bringing together the school’s future laureates in an exchange room, in order to encourage the employability of our school’s profiles and promote their integration into the professional world.
The forum has become synonymous with the title “Pole d’excellence.” For 29 years, the administration and faculty members have continued to build the essential components of a prestigious educational environment, including a vibrant extracurricular life with more than 16 clubs and associations with many vocations.
Furthermore, it represents an opening to the world due to its extensive network of partnerships, which includes more than a dozen of the best-rated institutions in Europe, North America, and Asia after obtaining the TOEIC, a certification awarded and guaranteed by the school, which allows its students to have a double degree through mobility and exchanges, discover other cultures, increases their skills, and develop an international profile. ENCG Settat has completed the Certification Audit for the implementation of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001 version 2015 standards. As a result, it was able to maintain an integration rate of around 100%, ranking the school among the top 200 in its category.
During the five years of study, the ENCG de Settat instills in its students the qualities of involvement, dynamism, competence, and responsibility, assisting them in developing a profile that satisfies the criteria of the national and worldwide markets.
As has been the case for the last 21 editions, the winners and students of the ENCG SETTAT enjoy yearly the forum businesses winners, this year due to the assistance of the event’s faithful partners and participating firms, as well as the strong communication supplied by the press.
This event allows the ENCG de Settat laureates and students to showcase the uniqueness of their profiles to around twenty-five Moroccan firms from various areas.
The Forum’s goal is to connect students and laureates to the socioeconomic labor market, at the national level, promote the most qualified candidates in business management and commerce to organizations known for their human resources policies based on targeted recruiting.
The forum aims to serve as a connection between the demand for expertise and knowledge, and promote young people’s employability and be a part of a long-term assistance strategy, as well as make new networking possibilities available to students/recipients.
On the occasion of the 22nd edition of the Laureate-Companies Forum, our center of excellence will open its doors to general managers, human resources directors, experts, academics, and patricians of human resources on March 21, 2023, at the ENCG de Settat to share their respective experiences and reveal the latest theories and practices in the field.
