The Department of Tourism at the Ministry of Tourism, Handicrafts and the Social and Solidarity Economy announces to all citizens selected for the Hajj 2022 draw supervised by tourist travel agencies, to contact their travel agencies in order to complete their records.
The department recalls that citizens have the right to ask the agencies they have chosen to consult, before signing the contract, the content of the services offered, their prices and methods of payment to Al Barid Bank, as well as the conditions of cancellation of the contract in order to guarantee the interests of all the contracting parties and to ensure that the pilgrimage takes place in the best conditions.
The pilgrim must ensure that the total amount specified by the agency and mentioned in the contract signed with the agency corresponds to the amount he will pay at the counters of Al Barid Bank. Each pilgrim is required to pay the full amount of the pilgrimage in a single payment.
