Huawei appointed Nabil Ouchagour as the new Chief Brand Officer for Huawei Morocco.

With more than 15 years of expertise in communication strategy and public affairs, Nabil Ouchagour stands out for his solid experience in various sectors ranging from the media to the general public sector, including businesses, federations and non-governmental organizations, always with the same passion for the public sphere and institutional relations. As a fine expert, Nabil Ouchagour masters the entire information chain from the study of public opinion, social networks, media and institutions to the development of messages, tools and channels of dissemination and influence.

Nabil Ouchagour started his career as a journalist before becoming an adviser to the Minister of National Education. He then joined the private sector, leading numerous projects related to investment, diplomacy, art and culture. He has supported clients in various sectors ranging from aerospace to technology, from telecommunications to renewable energies. He has also been asked to accompany foreign diplomatic missions and government institutions. It should be noted that Mr. Ouchagour also made a stint at the OCP.

Nabil Ouchagour holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Al Akhawayn University (2001), a Certificate in Business Management from the Higher Institute of Commerce and Business Administration I.S.C.A.E (2003) and a specialized Masters in Entrepreneurship from the Toulouse Business School (2004). Nabil Ouchagour has also benefited from courses in international organizations, geopolitical changes in energy and leadership studies in American presidential campaigns at Harvard University Extension School in the United States (2015).
