National Human Rights Council (CNDH) President Amina Bouayach was named Ambassador of World Peace by the Spanish Foundation of the Order of Peace, in recognition of her defense of human rights, both in Morocco and internationally.

The Málaga-based Foundation highlights, in a statement, the efforts made by Bouayach in favor of human rights, her “determined vocation, her efforts in favor of integration, peace and tolerance and her personal determination to promote the values of human rights.”

Through this nomination, the Order of Peace Foundation wants to recognize Bouayach’s “brilliant career and project it to the rest of the world, accompanying other international personalities who make up this global family of choice.”
