The net flow of Foreign Direct Investments (FDI) reached nearly 19.7 billion dirhams (MMDH) during the first nine months of 2022. This percentage reflects an increase of 50.8% compared to the same period one year. previously, indicates the Foreign Exchange Office.
FDI receipts increased by 35.9% to 29.6 billion dirhams and expenditure increased by 13.5% to 9.9 billion dirhams, specifies the Office which has just published its monthly indicators of foreign trade for the month of September .
For their part, Moroccan direct investments abroad (IDME) exceeded 13.43 billion dirhams at the end of September, posting a growth of 2% compared to the same period of the past year. For their part, the disposals of these investments stood at 9.16 billion dirhams, down 10.4%. Thus, the net flow of IDMEs increased by 44.8%.
