This Thursday, March 9, 2023, the inauguration of the Rahamniya Entrepreneurship Center took place in the province of Rhamna, in the presence of Governor Aziz Bouignane.
Thanks to the fruitful collaboration between the Province of Rhamna and the Moroccan association Douar Tech, the Rahmaniya Entrepreneurship Center will become a space dedicated to raising awareness, training and supporting women entrepreneurs in the Province of Rhamna, destined to succeed in a digitized economic environment.
Since its creation in 2017, Douar Tech has already had a significant impact, having trained 405 young people from rural and peri-urban areas, and impacted more than 7,280 community beneficiaries. Douar Tech contributes to strengthening the resilience of disadvantaged young people, especially women, from precarious backgrounds in rural and peri-urban areas, through training in innovative entrepreneurship and web development.
The “Rahmaniya Entrepreneurship Center” aims to improve the economic and social situation of disadvantaged populations, especially young women, and plans to raise awareness of entrepreneurship among 50 young women and provide training and support to 40 young people each year. women entrepreneurs. Douar Tech also ensures the development of training programs adapted to the profiles of the candidates, to the needs and to the local specificities.
Douar Tech has collaborated with several leading organizations to create the Rahmaniya Entrepreneurship Center include HP, Aspen Digital Institute and Rhamna Province. The Province’s support for the Rahmaniya Entrepreneurship Center will also give the winners the opportunity to access financial support opportunities to support the process of their launch.
